At Meriden and Wallingford Veterinary Associates, we address the issue of a quick and accurate diagnosis by keeping testing in-house as much as possible.

Diagnostics & Lab Testing

We feature an in-house lab and diagnostic equipment, which allows us to analyze blood work quickly. This is useful during veterinary surgery, as well as for treating sick or elderly pets that tend to require rapid blood work.

Keeping our diagnostics in-house also provides us the ability to oversee their accuracy. Aside from you, there is no one who will take more responsibility regarding your pet's health than our professionals who've gotten to know him or her.

Ultrasound and X-ray

While our facility is equipped for most routine pet X-rays, there are times when a more advanced screening is appropriate. At that point, many clinics resort to sending their patients to a specialist. But, at Meriden and Wallingford Veterinary Associates, the specialist comes to us.

We feature a board-certified radiologist who is on call for any of our advanced X-ray readings and ultrasound readings. The radiologist arrives at our facility fully equipped, utilizing the latest in X-ray and ultrasound technology.
